Public Adjuster Community

Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online professional forum located at https://publicadjuster.community, operated by SSLN Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By registering for or using Public Adjuster Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the forum.

The Company may offer other products or services under separate terms. These Terms apply only to use of the Public Adjuster Community forum.

Important Notice

Please read these Terms carefully. They include provisions that significantly affect your rights, including:

• Disclaimers of warranty and limitation of liability (see Disclaimers and Limits on Liability)

• Your agreement to indemnify the Company for damages arising from your misuse (see Your Responsibility)

• A binding arbitration clause and class action waiver (see Disputes)

• Disclosures about AI-assisted moderation and content participation (see AI-Assisted Features)

1. Eligibility

To use Public Adjuster Community, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be located in the United States

• Hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid professional credential in one of the following categories, and be able to verify that credential upon request:

• Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

• Plaintiff Attorney representing policyholders

• Other verified policyholder advocate (as determined by moderator review)

• Agree to these Terms in full

Your permission to use the forum ends immediately if you no longer meet these eligibility requirements, or if the Company notifies you that your access has been revoked.

2. Your Account

To access most features of the forum, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, your real name, and your professional licensing information

• Keep your account information up to date

• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential

• Notify the Company immediately at contact@publicadjuster.community if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, until you close your account or notify the Company of a compromise. You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@publicadjuster.community.

The Company may restrict, suspend, or permanently close your account if it reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, provided false information during registration, or engaged in conduct harmful to the community.

3. Membership Tiers and Access Levels

Upon registration, your application is reviewed by a moderator (which may be assisted by AI tools) who will assign you to one of several membership tiers. Your tier determines which areas of the forum you can access and participate in.

Membership tier assignment is at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company may upgrade, downgrade, or revoke your tier at any time based on your credentials, conduct, or changes to community eligibility requirements. Tier assignment is not a guarantee of any particular level of access and does not create a contractual right to continued participation.

Information you provide for verification purposes (such as license number and licensing state) is used solely for the purpose of vetting your membership and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Public Adjuster Community uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with operating the forum. By using the forum, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1 AI Moderation

AI tools may review content you post to identify potential violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. AI-flagged content may be acted upon automatically or reviewed by a human moderator before action is taken. Automated moderation decisions may result in content removal, account restrictions, or referral to a human moderator for further review.

4.2 AI Content Participation

AI agents operated by the Company may post content, start discussion threads, or reply to posts within the forum. All content posted by an AI agent will be clearly labeled with a designation indicating it was generated by an AI (such as a badge, tag, or designated account name). AI-generated content is intended to provide informational value to the community and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

You agree not to rely on AI-generated content as professional guidance. The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

4.3 AI Member Assistance

AI tools may respond to questions or inquiries you submit within the forum. Such responses will be identified as AI-generated. These tools are a supplement to — not a replacement for — human community participation and moderator oversight.

4.4 No Impersonation by AI

The Company will not use AI tools to impersonate a specific human member or licensed professional. AI agents will always operate under clearly designated accounts or identifiers. If you believe an AI agent has interacted with you in a misleading or deceptive manner, please report it to contact@publicadjuster.community.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the forum in any of the following ways:

• In violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

• To access or attempt to access another member’s account without their express permission

• To buy, sell, or trade usernames, account access, or other platform identifiers

• To send unsolicited advertisements, solicitations, spam, or chain communications through the forum

• To collect email addresses, contact information, or other personal data from forum members for commercial purposes

• To automate access to, scrape, crawl, or monitor the forum using bots, scripts, or other automated tools, except for publicly available search engine indexing with prior written permission

• To falsely represent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by the Company

• To embed or display any portion of the forum on another website using iframes or similar techniques

• To remove or obscure proprietary notices on content downloaded from the forum

• To disable, bypass, or circumvent any security controls or access restrictions

• To place unreasonable load on platform infrastructure through excessive or abusive requests

• To impersonate any person, company, or entity

• To use the forum to violate or facilitate the violation of any applicable insurance laws, regulations, or professional licensing requirements

• To encourage or assist any other person in violating these Terms

6. Content Standards

All content you submit to the forum must comply with the following standards:

Lawful: Content must not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Respectful: Content must not be harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to other members or third parties.

Accurate: You must not knowingly post false, misleading, or deceptive information, particularly regarding professional credentials, claim facts, or legal matters.

Authorized: You must have the right to post any content you submit. Do not post content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates anyone’s privacy, or breaches confidentiality obligations.

Professional: Given the professional nature of this community, content should maintain a standard of conduct consistent with licensed professionals in the insurance and legal industries.

Safe: Content must not contain malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

Substantive: Do not submit placeholder content solely to reserve a username, post position, or identifier.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards or that it determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the community — even if not explicitly covered above.

7. Sensitive Professional Information

This forum is used by licensed professionals who may discuss claim strategies, policyholder matters, legal theories, and carrier conduct. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any information you share complies with your professional obligations, including:

• Attorney-client privilege and work product protections (for attorneys)

• Policyholder confidentiality obligations (for public adjusters)

• Applicable state privacy laws governing personally identifiable information

• Any confidentiality agreements or settlement restrictions you are subject to

The Company makes reasonable efforts to restrict access to verified professionals, but cannot guarantee that the forum is free from unauthorized access. Do not post information on the forum that you would not be comfortable sharing with all verified members of the relevant membership tier. The Company is not responsible for any professional, legal, or regulatory consequences arising from information you choose to share.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in content you submit to the forum. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, publish, display, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the forum and providing the service to other members.

This license ends when your content is fully removed from the Company’s systems, including backups and caches. Removal may take a reasonable period of time after your request or after the Company removes the content.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, and that your content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. You agree not to suggest that content you submit is sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the Company unless expressly agreed in writing.

The Company is not obligated to store, maintain, back up, or provide copies of your content. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any content you consider important.

9. Enforcement

The Company may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take any action it deems appropriate, including:

• Removing or editing content

• Issuing warnings to members

• Restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts

• Reporting conduct to law enforcement or professional licensing authorities where required or appropriate

The Company may cooperate with law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting violations of applicable law. Enforcement decisions are made at the Company’s sole discretion and are not subject to appeal except as described in our Community Guidelines. If you believe content posted by another member violates these Terms, contact us at contact@publicadjuster.community.

10. Feedback

We welcome your suggestions, ideas, and feedback about the forum. If you submit feedback, you agree that the Company may use it freely — to improve the platform, develop new features, or for any other purpose — without compensation, attribution, or further notice to you. Do not submit feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The forum may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools and services. The Company does not endorse or make any warranty about third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and governed by that service’s own terms.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE FORUM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company does not warrant that the forum will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content on the forum is accurate, complete, or reliable. The Company is not responsible for the conduct of any member or for any content posted by members or AI agents.

Nothing on this forum constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. Members should independently verify information and consult qualified professionals for matters specific to their circumstances.

13. Limits on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE FORUM.

The Company’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims related to the forum or these Terms — regardless of the theory of liability — will not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). This limitation applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, the Company’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14. Your Responsibility (Indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the forum

• Your breach of these Terms

• Content you submit to the forum

• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or professional obligation

• Use of your account by any third party, whether authorized or not

The Company will notify you promptly of any such claim and will cooperate with your defense. The Company retains the right to control the defense and settlement of any claim for which you owe indemnification. The Company will not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on you or admits fault on your behalf without your prior written consent.

15. Termination

Either you or the Company may terminate your use of the forum at any time. You may terminate by closing your account. The Company may terminate by notifying you via your registered email address or by revoking your account access.

Upon termination, your permission to use the forum ends. The following sections survive termination: Your Content (Section 8), Feedback (Section 10), Disclaimers (Section 12), Limits on Liability (Section 13), Your Responsibility (Section 14), Disputes (Section 16), and General Terms (Section 17).

16. Disputes

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of the forum will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16.2 Venue for Injunctive Relief

You and the Company agree that any request for injunctive relief or action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue therein.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

Except as provided in Section 16.2, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the forum will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes, as modified by these Terms. Arbitration will take place in Orange County, Florida.

The arbitrator will have authority to award any relief available in court, subject to the limitations in these Terms. The arbitration award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable costs, arbitration fees, and attorneys’ fees.

16.4 No Class Actions

You agree to resolve any dispute with the Company on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, whether as a named plaintiff or class member. No arbitrator may consolidate any arbitration with any other proceeding without the Company’s written consent.

16.5 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact the Company at contact@publicadjuster.community and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. This informal resolution requirement does not apply to requests for injunctive relief.

17. General Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Community Guidelines published on the forum, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the forum and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If it cannot be modified, it will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No Waiver: The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from the Company. The Company may assign these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer of the forum or the Company’s assets without your consent.

Notices: The Company may provide notices to you via your registered email address or by posting on the forum. You may contact the Company at contact@publicadjuster.community.

Force Majeure: The Company will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages.

18. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. All updates will be posted on the forum with a revised effective date. For material changes, the Company will notify registered members by email (at the address on file) or by a prominent notice on the forum.

Your continued use of the forum after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the forum and may close your account.
